Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, interpretation, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
For users outside India: You may also choose to resolve disputes through your local courts if required by your local laws. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing claims in your local courts if your local laws permit such actions.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Service by sending written notice to support@nextclip.pro.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. However, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded under the mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole.
